Seller Management System

A. Seller fills the application form and browse option is there for image and documents (Pan card, Aadhar card, Bank account proof) upload. After that, approval of seller account and account creation process is done by our team

B. Only after the seller account is approved, he gets the Seller panel ID and password. Seller can upload product images, details with price. But this does not get live on portal directly as Admin Approval Required.

C. Seller send prices of products for sell with taxes. At first Admin will calculates other expenses for logistic, packing, Payment Gateway (PG) and any other additional charges.

D. After verifying all fact and figures, product go live on portal with all true details without any type of fraud.

E. Seller can produce Bill with all taxes from his admin panel on the name of consumer/buyer and pack the product. Then packed product is sent in the office of Logistic/Courier company local office for delivering it to particular consumer/buyer address

F. Seller receives all payments in offline way in his registered bank account.

G. Same product can be available with different prices from different sellers. Along with the product details and price, different available seller names and places are also available on the portal

H. Seller will decide the price for their products including shipping charges, taxes or any extra charges. After registration seller will get all information about charges, commissions and expenses by mail. Admin will approve the product before making it available on portal.

I. Admin commission over sales will vary according to product category, for example on mobile 5%, on tablets 5%, on apparels 20%, etc. This commission will change time to time, and their should be provision for setting the commission in admin panel.

J. Company will decide the fix commission chart for seller. After registration seller will get all information. After delivery admin will send the payment to seller by deducting commission, logistic charges and other extra charges if any.
